LITTLE NINJAS KARATE
One of the best karate programs in the country owned by four-time world champion Steve Nugent. These classes teach proper stances, breathing, stretching, discipline, confidence and practical self-defense. This class also underlines the importance of nutrition, exercise, fire safety and stranger awareness. All uniforms are included in the class fee.
