Athletes will combine technical development and fundamental
techniques with safety and a major focus on fun! Our activities
prepare athletes for cross-country and track and field through
events, such as distance running, sprints and javelin throws, while
inspiring a love for being active. The fundamentals of body positioning,
stride, proper stretching, and cool-down techniques are all covered
in this unique program. Athletes will put it all together at the end
of the week at the Sidekick Jr. Olympics!
