Wonder Outdoor Yoga
BREATHE is our signature all-levels Vinyasa yoga outdoor yoga offering. Our intention is to help you feel better in your body, more balanced emotionally and clearer mentally. The sequences change from class to class but are all based on traditional yoga postures linked together by movement and breath. Each class consists of a combination of sun salutations and a variety of stretching, back bending, twisting and balancing poses. These poses are connected by dynamic movements and also include longer holds intended to build strength.
Bring your own mat and any yoga props you'd like to use. You can use your in studio class packs, All Access Memberships or single class purchase for this outdoor class. Pre-registration is required.
