“Sushumna Kriya yoga meditation” is simplified form of ancient “Kriya yoga meditation” which gives faster results in shorter amounts of time and which is simple and effective. It improves concentration, memory and brain skills for kids and helps in achieving holistic well being.
One can attend any one of the eight sessions or all sessions free of cost. If they learn it one time they will be able to practice by themselves at thier one’s homes the same procedure everyday.
The teacher Subha Nadimpalli is a practitioner herself of sushumna kriya yoga from past 12 years and volunteering in teaching in schools, conferences and libraries in US, and in events in UK and India.She believes that “Meditation is simple to learn, if the technique is effective and such technique should be available to all free of cost”.

Kids session involves from 7 mins to 14 mins practice of meditation depending on the kids age. Parents/caregivers, adults will sit in practice for 21 mins. Any one can practice this meditation, no prior experience needed.Does not involve yoga poses.Bring your own mats/folding chairs or can sit on the benches available at that location.
