Flex Golf
Flex Golf offers for both boys and girls ages 7 to 12 years of age, a fun engaging environment to learn or enhance your knowledge in the game of golf.  Our certified Golf pro will provide instruction, meanwhile our Titleist certified Coach will provide the fitness.  Students will experience one day that will entail guidance on swing technique, stance and other aspects of golf.  They will also play in fun matches on our state-of-the-art golf simulator.  They will be able to play matches on some of the most famous courses in the sport.  The other day for this clinic, we will be in our fitness room.  30 minutes of strength, cardio and mobility drills.  Basic, beginner knowledge is a prerequisite for this clinic.
