We blend technical skill development and fundamental techniques with a strong emphasis on safety and fun! Athletes will prepare for success in flag football through activities focused on throwing, passing, catching, and flag-pulling, while developing a love for running and staying active. Flag football offers a unique opportunity for players to get more touches on the ball, leading to more learning and, of course, more fun!
