No experience needed — just bring your energy and come ready to have fun.
- Grades 3–6: Try out flag rugby — fast-paced, non-contact, and perfect for learning teamwork and fundamentals.
- Grades 7–12: Take it up a notch with tackle rugby — build confidence, strength, and game skills in a fun, supportive setting.
