Get your young athlete moving with our high-energy Kids Sports Conditioning class! This 40-minute session is designed to boost speed, agility, and overall athletic performance in a fun and motivating environment. Kids will learn the foundations of safe, age-appropriate strength training, building confidence as they master basic movement patterns that support all sports.
Through fast-paced drills, dynamic challenges, and explosive movement work, athletes will improve their quickness, strength, and reactiveness, all key ingredients for better performance on the field, court, or course. It’s the perfect introduction to structured athletic training and a great way to help kids become stronger, faster, and more coordinated while having a blast.
