Arlington Youth Ultimate — Grades K–3 - Arlington Youth Ultimate — Grades K–3 This program introduces children in grades K–3 to ultimate frisbee in a welcoming, active, and age-appropriate environment. No previous experience is needed. Our goal is for every player to develop basic throwing, catching, movement, and teamwork skills while building a love of the game and a sense of belonging within the Arlington ultimate community. Each session will include skill-building activities and small-sided scrimmages designed to keep players moving, learning, and having fun. Players will be divided into age- and skill-appropriate groups during practices. Players will also have the opportunity to participate in an end-of-season tournament in Lexington on Sunday, November 8 (exact time tbd). Come join us!

Arlington Youth Ultimate — Grades 4–5 - Arlington Youth Ultimate — Grades 4–5 This program gives fourth- and fifth-grade players an opportunity to develop their ultimate skills through a longer, more focused practice designed specifically for their age group. Both new and returning players are welcome. Coaches will help players improve their throwing, catching, cutting, defense, field awareness, and understanding of ultimate’s rules and strategies. Practices will combine skill development with plenty of scrimmaging and game-like activities. The team is expected to participate in an end-of-season tournament in Lexington on Sunday, November 8 (exact time tbd). We also hope to offer additional scrimmages or game opportunities against nearby programs during the season as scheduling allows. Our goal is to create a fun, supportive team environment where players can challenge themselves, build confidence, and gain experience playing against other teams. Come join us!
