Free 2 Be Fitness in the Park - Free 2 Be Fitness in the Park Fall Session 2025 Fall back into fitness with F2BF! Fun in the Park is back Wednesday September 17th!Wake up Wednesday mornings for a strength and conditioning class that utilizes a mix of cardio and body weight exercises. F2BF’s motto “start where you are -use what you have -do what you can” means just that. F2BF in the park is intended for anyone interested in working out with a group in a safe and supportive environment. Minimal equipment required: mat, towel, mini resistance bands and two filled water bottles (or light/medium weights).
