No previous experience required. Ultimate is one of the fastest growing sports in the world today, especially in the Boston area. Fun in the Park is back Wednesday September 17th!Wake up Wednesday mornings for a strength and conditioning class that utilizes a mix of cardio and body weight exercises. F2BF’s motto “start where you are -use what you have -do what you can” means just that. F2BF in the park is intended for anyone interested in working out with a group in a safe and supportive environment. Minimal equipment required: mat, towel, mini resistance bands and two filled water bottles (or light/medium weights).
