Special Event Information


For all gatherings over 50 people and private events, please submit the Special Event Request Form.  Form can be submitted to Arlington Recreation Dept., 17 Irving Street, Arlington MA 02476.  Form can also be emailed to Recoffice@Town.Arlington.MA.US. Please note, special event requests must be affiliated with the Town of Arlington or Arlington Public Schools to be considered.

Requests must be submitted at least 1 month in advance and may require approval of Parks Commission.

For non-corporate gatherings of less than 50 people, you can submit a picnic request by logging into your account (or creating an account) and submitting a request online. (Please note, the rates for the Reservoir Beach Picnic Pavilion are different than regular picnic areas.  See Res Beach page for info.)
