Program/Reservation Transfer Policy



With 2 week's notice prior to the program start date or reservation, participants are welcome to transfer into a different program/timeslot if space is available. Please call the Rec Office at 781-316-3880 to transfer a reservation.

To transfer into a program that costs the same or less, please first check availability and then call or email (781-316-3880 during office hours or recoffice@town.arlington.ma.us).  Please provide participants full name, current program and replacement program.  Any remaining "credit" will be applied as an account credit to your household account.  For program transfers that cost more than existing program, the balance due must be made within 24 hours to avoid cancellations. (Transfers cannot be made retroactively.)
