Program Transfer Policy



For Program Transfers:
If you need to transfer to a different program or a different section of a program, please contact us to cancel the original registration.  With 2 week's notice prior to the program start date, you are eligible to cancel and receive a household credit for the full amount or, if you paid by credit card, a refund minus $25 per program cancelled per child. Please call the Rec Office at 781-316-3880 or email recoffice@town.arlington.ma.us and be sure to include your preference for a full household credit or reduced refund. You are then able to register online for the new program or program section.

*Voice mail messages are not accepted to transfer programs*
