Household/Account Credit



Account credits are applied to household accounts and can be used by any family member.  Account credits never expire and can be applied to any program or rental.  Credits cannot be accessed for point of sale purchases such as Public Skate admission or daily admission to Reservoir Beach.  

To use an account credit during online registration, please go through the normal registration process. During check out, the household credit will appear in the middle of the screen along with a "Spend Credit" button.  Please click on the button to apply the credit (it doesn't happen automatically).  If additional payment is needed, please be sure the balance due has been appropriately adjusted before entering credit card information.
