General Information for Organized Camps

This reservation area is ONLY for organized camps.  It is NOT for private gatherings such as birthday parties, etc.  Please see the Reservoir Beach Pavilion information.

Group programs/camps are welcomed at Reservoir Beach.  Admission is $15 Adults and $10 Children/Seniors.  Organization chaperones are admitted free. Beach Group rules:

1. All groups must be in compliance with Christian's Law.
2. Groups must bring their own Coast Guard Certified Lifejackets.
3. Groups over 25 kids must bring their own certified lifeguard, an additional lifeguard is needed for every additional 25 kids.
4  Reservations are made on first come, first serve basis.
5. If there is an incidence of misconduct, your group may be asked to leave.
6. No alcohol or illegal substances are allowed.
7. Please pick up any trash left by your group.
8. No grilling or open fires allowed.
9. Picnic tables may not be used.

To submit a group request, please access (or open) an account and submit a reservation request online.  (Be sure include in the additional information section number of children, organization chaperones and if any additional adult guests will be joining you.) All requests must be approved and paid at least 48 hours before the reservation date. Group programs/Camp reservations do not include use of picnic tables.

During July & August, campers from Arlington Recreation (typically 150+ kids) are at Reservoir Beach weekdays (Mondays - Friday) from approximately 10:30 am - 2:00 pm. 

Please also note that Groups/Camps without prior approval/payment will not be admitted. Beach Staff cannot approve reservation requests.
