| There is a new meeting space at the Ed Burns Arena! The Arlington Recreation Department Office has now been transformed into a meeting space for Community Groups. Space is available in one-hour increment blocks. The room is supplied with tables and chairs. Capacity is 40-50 people, but chairs may not be available for all. Bathrooms are located in the rink lobby. |

| Please note, space may not be available during holiday season, summer etc. This space is also not available for parties or during public skate times. |
| Availability and Reservations |
Reservations are confirmed and booked with payment only. To make a reservation request:
- View the Rink Calendar - Meeting Room A for availability.
- Log into your household account (or create one).
- Submit a Reservation Request.
- Once your request is submit, you will receive an email confirming you submitted a request.
- Within a day or two, if your requested time is available and we don't have any questions, your reservation will be approved & booked and you will receive an invoice.
- Please log into your account and pay within 24 hours. Reservations with unpaid balances will be cancelled after 24 hours.
- Once the invoice is paid, you will receive the receipt.
- Have the receipt accessible (on your phone or a printed copy) on the day of your event.
