General
There is a new meeting space at the Ed Burns Arena!  The Arlington Recreation Department Office has now been transformed into a meeting space for Community Groups.  Space is available in one-hour increment blocks.  The room is supplied with tables and chairs.  Capacity is 40-50 people, but chairs may not be available for all.  Bathrooms are located in the rink lobby.

Availability Exclusions
Please note, space may not be available during holiday season, summer etc. This space is also not available for parties or during public skate times.

Availability and Reservations
Reservations are confirmed and booked with payment only.  To make a reservation request:
  1. View the Rink Calendar  - Meeting Room A for availability. 
  2. Log into your household account (or create one).
  3. Submit a Reservation Request.
  4. Once your request is submit, you will receive an email confirming you submitted a request. 
  5. Within a day or two, if your requested time is available and we don't have any questions, your reservation will be approved & booked and you will receive an invoice. 
  6. Please log into your account and pay within 24 hours.  Reservations with unpaid balances will be cancelled after 24 hours.
  7. Once the invoice is paid, you will receive the receipt. 
  8. Have the receipt accessible (on your phone or a printed copy) on the day of your event.
