Cancellation Policy: Reservoir Beach Pavilion - SUMMER GATHERINGS or Group Event


For Reservoir Beach Pavilion - SUMMER GATHERINGS and Group Events:  Except for weather-related cancellations, we ask that you contact the Recreation Department via phone (781-316-3880 during office hours) or email (recoffice@town.arlington.ma.us) at least 2 weeks before your event if you need to cancel or change dates. (Voice mail cancellation requests are not accepted.)  A household credit will be issued for all cancellations.  For Reservoir Beach summer parties, weather cancellations are accepted if Reservoir Beach closes.  Refunds will be granted if Reservoir Beach closes during reservation time (Please contact Rec Dept. for refund within 1 week.)
