Plan your next party or family gathering at a park (or birthday party at Ed Burns Rink).

Here's how:

  • Click HERE to begin a request.
  • Select "Request a Reservation".
  • Once your request is submit, you will receive an email confirming you submitted a request. 
  • Within a day or two, if your requested time is available and we don't have any questions, your reservation will be approved & booked and you will receive an invoice. 
  • Please log into your account and pay within 24 hours.  Reservations with unpaid balances will be cancelled after 24 hours.
  • Once the invoice is paid, you will receive the permit. 
  • Have the permit accessible (on your phone or a printed copy) on the day of your event.

    If we have questions on your request we will hold the space for a day or 2 and try to contact you.  Questions? Call 781-316-3880 PRIOR to submitting your request.
Your request will automatically be declined if you submit for more than one timeslot.  For reservation requests of more than 50 people or private/corporate events, please follow up with a "Special Event Request Form". Your request will be placed on hold until we receive the form.


Picnics/Gatherings
Check out the PICNIC AREAS in these parks to consider for your next gathering of up to 25-50 people ...

Reservoir Beach:  Groups may reserve the Pavilion Picnic area for a summer gathering (includes admission & swimming at Reservoir Beach) or an off-season gathering to just enjoy the park.

Menotomy Rocks Park (no picnic tables or portapotties)
North Union Park @ Thompson School (seasonal spray park)
Peirce School (updated play area & picnic tables)

Robbins Farm Park Tables 3/4 (tables are labeled & located furthest from Eastern Ave.)

Field Requests
To request a field, please complete the Field User Request Form. Please note, field space is limited in the fall and spring.   

Ice Rentals/Parties
Ed Burns Arena & Rink:  The rink offers small group parties scheduled during public skate times.  Submit a request online.  (To rent the entire rink, please submit a Ice Time Request Form)
