General Information
In the off-season (roughly late August - early June), the Pavilion may be reserved for small gatherings & parties.  The permit reserves the 3 picnic tables for your gathering.  The park and playground are available and also open to the public. Swimming is prohibited during the off-season. As with all park picnic permits, the park should be used "as is".  No additional tables, tents, chairs, canopies, bounce houses, etc. allowed.  Grilling, open flames and alcohol not permitted.  

While the bathroom and snack bar are closed in the off-season, a portapottie may be available in the off-season.

Please adhere to a strict "trash in, trash out" policy for all reservations.

Only permitted parties allowed, no independent parties. Tables, canopies, etc. are not permitted.

Reservations can ONLY be submitted by host.  Reservations submitted for someone else will be voided.


Off-Season 2025-26 Rental Information
Pavilion Picnic reservations will be accepted in the off season for events April - early June and late August/early September - November. Off-season rates for the Reservoir Beach Pavilion are $100 for residents and $300 for non-residents.  Pre-defined timeslots are 2 hours.

Reservations
Reservations are confirmed and booked with payment only.  To make a reservation request:
  1. View the Picnic Area Calendar below for availability.  One party is booked per time slot.
  2. Log into your household account (or create one).
  3. Submit a Reservation Request.
  4. Once your request is submit, you will receive an email confirming you submitted a request. 
  5. Within a day or two, if your requested time is available and we don't have any questions, your reservation will be approved & booked and you will receive an invoice. 
  6. Please log into your account and pay within 24 hours.  Reservations with unpaid balances will be cancelled after 24 hours.
  7. Once the invoice is paid, you will receive the permit. 
  8. Have the permit accessible (on your phone or a printed copy) on the day of your event.

  9. Your request will automatically be declined if you submit for more than one timeslot.  For reservation requests of more than 50 people or private/corporate events, please follow up with a "Special Event Request Form". Your request will be placed on hold until we receive the form.

Above information is for parties under 50 people.  Parties greater than 50 need to submit a Special Event Request Form.
