| Summer Beach/Swim Parties |
Book your next summer time party or family gathering at the NEW Reservoir Beach Pavilion Picnic Area!
- Parties are for 2.5 hour time slots (includes set up and clean up).
- Reservations are $500 for Arlington Residents ($600 non-residents) and include beach admission for up to 50 guests.
- Hosts and guests have use of Pavilion Picnic area (which includes seating for approx. 25), beach for swimming and grassy area for games. At the end of your reservation time, please vacate the Pavilion Area. However, you and your guests are free to continue swimming and enjoying the beach area until the Beach closes for the day.
- You may bring in any simple food, but there is no access to refrigeration, microwave, sink or electricity.
- Grilling, open flames and alcohol are prohibited.
Organized youth group programs/camps should submit a Group Programs/Camps Reservation.
Only permitted parties allowed, no independent parties. Tables, canopies, etc. are not permitted. Reservations can ONLY be submitted by host. Reservations submitted for someone else will be voided. |

Parties at the Picnic Pavilion are booked for 2.5 hours ($500 Resident/$600 non-resident for 50 guests). Your time INCLUDES set up and clean up. Here are the timeslots we offer:
Saturdays/Sundays:
9:30 am - 12:00 pm
12:30pm - 3:00 pm
3:30pm - 6:00pm
Monday - Friday:
3:30pm - 6:00 pm
*Please note - we do not allow 2 timeslots to be booked back to back *

| Reservations |
Reservations are confirmed and booked with payment only. To make a reservation request:
- View the Picnic Area Calendar below for availability. One party is booked per time slot. (No independent, non-permitted parties allowed.)
- Log into your household account (or create one).
- Submit a Reservation Request.
- Once your request is submit, you will receive an email confirming you submitted a request.
- Within a day or two, if your requested time is available and we don't have any questions, your reservation will be approved & booked and you will receive an invoice.
- Please log into your account and pay within 24 hours. Reservations with unpaid balances will automatically be cancelled after 24 hours.
- Once the invoice is paid, you will receive the permit.
- Have the permit accessible (on your phone or a printed copy) on the day of your event.

Your request will automatically be declined if you submit for more than one timeslot. Reservation requests over 50 people will be declined. |
| Off-season Rentals |
During the off-season (roughly late August - May), the park is open to the public and may be permitted for events and parties. During the off-season, access to the water is not permitted and there are no bathrooms available. If you are interested in reserving in the off-season, please submit a request for "Reservoir Beach Pavilion - OFF-SEASON GATHERING".
Only permitted parties allowed, no independent parties. Tables, canopies, etc. are not permitted.
